1. Nature of Digital Services
Easy Services Club LLC provides professional digital services including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Local SEO
- Technical SEO
- Website Development
- Content Writing & Editing
- Authority Link Building
- Digital Marketing Consulting
Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, work begins immediately after project initiation.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Search engine performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Refund requests cannot be based on ranking fluctuations or performance timelines.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment
- Billing errors
- Services not initiated within agreed timeframe
- Mutual written agreement between both parties
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed SEO audits
- Delivered content
- Completed website development work
- Strategy consultation sessions
- Ongoing SEO services after work has commenced
Time, research, and digital labor already invested cannot be reversed.
5. Subscription or Monthly Services
For recurring SEO services:
- Clients may cancel future billing with written notice
- Work completed during the active billing cycle remains non-refundable
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of ongoing monthly services
6. Project Termination
Either party may terminate services based on agreed contract terms. Outstanding invoices for completed work remain payable upon termination.
7. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions
